A Note of Authenticity serves as an official statement of authenticity of the listed art works. This confirms that the listed works are or are not Gideon originals and that this has been verified as such by the artist or an approved Gideon art expert or representative. Accompanying the authentication is what is considered an "Artist's Replacement Value." Typically these values are used for insurance purposes, estate evaluations and work replacements. The value on a Note of Authenticity by Gideon Gallery in no way guarantees that the work can or will be sold at the given value. This document is in no way associated with any appraisal association or organization.
